EGW red dot sights are meant to be installed from the left to the right (with the muzzle facing forward). The dovetail has a progressive taper to allow for easier install.

EGW handgun mounts allow you to mount your  Vortex Venom red dot to your favourite handgun utilising the existing dovetail mount. These one piece HD mounts allow installation on some of the most popular handguns in Australia.

Simply remove the rear sight on your gun and replace it with our mount in order to mount your  Vortex Venom red-dot sight. No alterations are required. You can take our mount off and replace your rear sight at any time. Mounting hardware included. Minor modification may be neccessary for Rock Islands. EGW's products should be installed and checked by a qualified and competent gunsmith.

This mount fits:
Sig Sauer P320 RX Optics Ready (Romeo1)
Sig Sauer P320 X-Five Optics Ready (Romeo1)

This mount does not fit:
Sig Sauer M17
Sigs Sauers cut for the Romeo1 Pro 
 

Please note: Newer P320 RX models are now factory cut for the Romeo 1 Pro and will not work with this plate. Please contact Sig Sauer to verify whether your firearm has a Romeo 1 or a Romeo 1 Pro cut slide.

The rear sight on your gun needs to be removed to install your red dot on this plate.  
This plate only works with the Vortex Venom.

 

We currently make mounts that fit two slide cuts. One for the earlier RX models that came with the original Romeo1 cut. The other style of plate that we make fits the P320 / M17 / M18 models that are cut for the Romeo1Pro and Deltapoint Pro. Our P320 / M17 mounts that fit the Romeo1Pro and Deltapoint Pro cut currently do not fit any models with dovetail rear sights. We do not make any mounts that fit the P320 M17 Decommissioned Military version.

The Optics Ready Sig Guns that are cut for the Romeo 1 (not Pro) are drilled and tapped for #6-48 screws.  Our P320 RX mount 49200 will fit the following:

  • Sig P320 RX Optics Ready (Romeo1)
  • Sig X-Five Optics Ready (Romeo1 Non Legion)
  • Sig P320 X-Carry (Romeo1)

The Optics Ready Sig Guns that are cut for the Romeo1PRO have rear holes that are drilled and tapped with 4-40 screws. Your slide needs to have the rear holes for our adapter plate to work with your application. The screws are accessed from the underside of the slide.
